My Infocus 2102 projects a green color instead of the correct color from my computer. It is ceiling mounted. I have tried factory reset. The option to adjust the color is grayed out.
Any ideas?

if the menu is colour correct, or shows white then the problem is probably with the cable. You say you are connected to the computer, if you are using a 15 pin VGA cable, the red colour runs on the outside (number 1 and 6 pins) and is usually the the one that breaks, without red the image typically looks green.
So long story short make sure you try a different cable first.
