Diesel LDV T Reg coldstart problems. Suggestions?

Diesel starts fine exept when temperature gets down to minus 3 or more then just turns over and wont fire.

Thanks for that Westy! Don't know much about Diesels AT ALL! Any idea how much it would cost to get new glow plugs?

check ALL the glow plugs are working.Sometimes turning ignition off and then on several times can help the glow plug preheat during extremely low temperatures
