peugeot 206 heater?

206 1.4 petrol X reg has 4 heat/fan speed settings but 1-2and3 have stopped working but the high speed number 4 is ok. I think I have checked the fuses and they are ok. has anyone got an idea please.

possible heater resistor,think you access it up under dash from passenger side but not sure,get one from a scrappy and save some money
