My Gainsborough 9.5 SCL isn't supplying hot water?

Hi, am hoping someone can advise; my Gainsborough 9.5 SCL isn't supplying hot water. The cold flow is coming out as per usual and I have hot water still in all sinks, baths etc. Please could you advise what is causing this?
