I've recently renewed the brushes and sole plate on my DC04. It now makes a loud noise whenever its used in the position for normal carpets. I've checked for any obstructions, hair etc. wrapped around brushes but everything is clear. I've double checked that new brushes and sole plate are fitted correctly. Can anyone out there PLEASE advise?
