The cold water never gets heated up in the machine no matter what wash cycle is selected - it only washes on COLD!
It still washes & rinses ok except it's always with cold water - it did used to heat the water until recently.
Is there a switch or something which may be broken?
hi, theres probably many reasons why its not heating up .but i would suggest checking the heating element for continuity first. . obviously with the machine unplugged from electrical supply. cheers
