Fiat Ducato 15 LWD 2.8 Van, does not start in cold weather and no glowplugs?

Cannot find any glowplugs in my van and have to use ether spray every morning to get it started. Any ideas?

I have same problem with my peugeot diesel van but this is easily overcome by placing a portable warmair heater in the engine compartment. (I run this from my garage via an extension lead) After about 5 to 10 minutes the engine starts first time.
