How can I fix my Hoover Nextra 8 Tumble Dryer?

My tumble dryer says that the filter needs cleaned but it doesn't as I clean it every time before I use it. I have also emptied the water and cleaned the condenser but no luck - can someone please give some advice.

Hi Same problem, just makes a sound as if is trying to pump water after the container has been emptied. If I find a solution I'll let you know.
