This machine has given me trouble from day one. Now it is stuck with water in and won't drain. I have to get my clothes out. I think that if I could drain it and get it thru a full another cycle it might work. Help! I wish I hadn't bought it.

If A machine dose not drain it usualy means that somthing (i.e. hair clips, coins, jewelly, dog hair ect ) is caught up in the impella of the pump check pump at the back LHS of the machine. Remove back lower pannel. Remove Black sump hose and see what is stuck inside the pump.

No matter what the make or model of washing machine if pockets are not checked then this problem will happen frequently!
