i cant live pause my thompson dtr 6300 every time i try a explantion mark appears

I have one of these and found the problem when I first got it.

Got to menu-setup-recording preferences and set pause live tv to 60mins

Also it won't pause when you have just changed to a channel.. it will after 15-30 seconds. Just press and hold the pause key until it does.
