My Kenmore model 110.26912690 will not spin in the spin cycle?

My Kenmore model 110.26912690 will not spin in the spin cycle. After the cycle is complete there is a smell coming from the machine. Could it be the belt?

Hello,

There is no belt on this particular model it uses a coupling instead of a belt. Do you hear any noises when its supposed to be spinning? Does it just go quiet?
