The Whirlpool AWZ front loading tumble dryer makes a ticking noise when it should be tumbling. It ticks for quite a while then makes a loud click, after about 10 seconds it clicks again and tumbles for about 20 seconds, it clicks again then after about 10 seconds clicks again and starts to tick again the whole cycle repeats.

I think this the short reverse tumble and then starts ticking again.
