Renault megane 06 faulty earth?

When I have my lights on and put the right indicator on, this then flashers faster, also the rear lights flash as well, any ideas ?

Hi there I had a similar problem with my 1.4 megane 1999 reg I fixed it easly by adding an earth wire direct to the lighting cluster and attaching it to the exsisting earth wire it fixed the problem and now everything works as it should I hope this helps you.
