My heater all of the sudden just abruptly stopped working, as if i were to shut it completely off, but it doesnt come back on, also the stereo skips music if you turn it to loud, there is a pattern in the skipping so you can tell exactly when its going to skip, and i know for a fact its not the CD. I was told its a blown fuse, but i want to be sure.
