I have just purchased a toshibs 19bv500b tv when i switched it on 1 to 5 channels came on but no channels after 5 there has been no option to auto tune I have tried fine tune under installation but that does get the channels how can i get it to auto tune

You have probably got the TV tuner set to 'analogue'. For digital / Freeview press 'Source', then from the drop-down menu select 'DTV / USB' and press 'O.K.'

You can then press 'menu' and select Setup / Installation / Automatic Channel Scan.

I see you posted this query in January, so you've probably got it sorted out by now!
