Hi Deb, if you still can not see your DVD RW go to your computer on the Desktop, then go to local C dive right clk. Then go Properties left clk then go to hardware, you should see the DVD RW. Left clk to hi light, then go to properties. Then go to Device usage (ENABLE) not (DISABLE) then go OK, then go bk to your My computer. You should see it there, right clk on it go on properties then go to Recording. Tick all the box's then go to Apply. Hope works for you
