What processor's fit in my pc?

I have a fujitsu-seimens pc Scaleo P P300 1 1,0G and I want to upgrade the processor but as its an old system I dont know which cpu's will fit. It currently has a P4, can anyone point me in the right direction, also I think I may need to upgrade the RAM whats the best I can use?
Thanks.

Go to

Enter the serial number.

Remember that you can only use Intel P4 CPU, and probably not just any P4 build. The new Core CPU are NOT compatible (no i3, i5 or i7).

If you want to keep your current computer, investing in more RAM or adding a new, and larger, hard drive will probably be easier and more effecient performance wise.

If you want to upgrade because you don't have enough CPU horse power, then you are probably beter by geting a new computer.

As it's an old system, it's best to buy a motherboard package that contains the processor and memory, just make sure that your power supply is up to the job. Or buy a new complete system off the internet.
