does windows start to load, then you get blue screen error? if so you could try powering off , then back on and as it loads press F8 a few times which will give you a few options try "last known good...." first, if that fails , repeat and try "safe mode" if that works try using system restore to a point in time when the system last worked ok .(error appears to be s/ware related)
