Feed Dog problems Bernina 730 Record?

The feed dogs wont go down, I have released the knob which was previously stuck with old grease etc. But the feed dogs still wont go down. Hope someone can help. Stan

Look at the pin ikn the bottom of the machine where the teeth are, you can adjust it.
