epsom sx 200 resetting software?

where can i get the software to reset my epsom sx200? serice required displayed but i know it only needs ink pads cleaned and then reset

Sounds as if it needs the ink pads in the base changing. (Or wash them out and dry them before replacing them - very messy!!!).
Then use SSC Service Utility to reset the counter.
