I need HELP to fix my white knight!?

Hello, my white knight tumble dryer seems to be getting very hot at the back but isnt drying the clothes and the timer doesnt turn so wont stop going around,please could you help, thanks

the back does get very hot and is normal however if the timer doesn't count down you will have to replace it with a new one
