how can i fix my key card so that it opens the car?

renault laguna 2006 19dci ,the open button on the card will not work but, the close button will.

again another common problem with renaults, there is people advertising on ebay that they can fix the cards. only other way is buy a second hand key and get renault to programme it to the car.
