tricity bendix condenser dryer model TM310W?

Even though it is empty, the tank full warning light is illuminated and unit wont function.
Anybody got any ideas of how to solve the problem please

looking from the front remove the top and left side panel.at the bottom left back corner is a float switch.it is putting the bottle full light on.you need to find if there is a blockage or if it has a drain pump, check it works
