I have a OKO Lavamat 7955 : F3 error?

The Main wash, Rinse, Spin, 1000 & 900 lights are flashing and the machine is making a constant noice the on and off does not work the machine has to be switched off at the plug.

there might be water in the base.take the back off and look to see if there is water in there causing the antiflood switch to operate
