How do i restore my D: drive,Xcess computer,52Xmax?

How do i restore the D: drive on my computer to be able to install softwares and play music again? I do not have the microsoft installation CD

Sorry I forgot that D: may also be your CD ROM drive. Do you mean the drive the you put CDs in? in any case, still need to know what your PC is and a better decription of the problem.

Not sure what you are trying to do. Normally the Operating System (Windows) goes on the first Hard drive (your C: Drive). D: could be a real second drive or a virtual drive on your 'C:' drive. So are you trying to find data that you kept on D: drive or reinstall your system on your C: drive. I suggest a new post with an exact description of what went wrong and what happens when you switch on.
