Does it spray from the wand, if so then you have a blockage between the pump and the spray nozzles. Remove nozzles and poke with a piece of wire to clear. If not blocked then you need to do the same to the inlet and outlet of the heater. If you live in a hard water area it may be well and truely bunged up. If you do not get any spray from the wand it is more than likely that the pump motor has gone and you will need a new one.
