Sony unified commander-remote how do you replace batteries?

I have a Sony SLV X835 video cassette recorder. The remote is a Sony Unified commander. How and where do you open the remote to replace the batteries?

I found it myself, thanks anyway!!! You slide the bottom half of the remote cover down to expose the rest of the keys that operate the video, then push on the lip to remove the bottom cover & there is the AA battery.
