i have recently got a new dvd/vcr and need to tune them to my tv but i have lost the instructions and am struggling to do so. My tv is Proline F205T

ON THE CONTROL THE BUTTON WITH 3 DOTS PRESS DOWN AND HOLD FOR A FEW SECONDS THE MENU APPEARS SROLL DOWN AND PRESS ONCE AGAIN.
