Error E22 Refers to uni mod 16 x 16 transmission.

PWM solenoid current below valid range.
Check the solenoid resitance, spec = 2.4 ohms at 20 degrees c

You will find the flow diagram 28 in the repair manual SE4861 Part 5 Chapter 1 page 165.
