'03 VW Jetta 6cyl stick, hitting bumps sets off warning lights & beeping?

After having the transmission repaired & clutch replaced, warning lights flash & sounds beep intermittently after hitting a bump or breaking hard. Seems less of a problem with more people in the car. Transmission guy can't find the problem.
