Our dryer is working as normal but only cold air is blowing out
we have cleaned condeser box and emptied water container and still only cold air

probably needs a set of thermostats , there are 2 mounted side by side at the back under the heater cover (protruding cover on the back panel), not uncommon on these, check for a coloured dot on one of them, this is the temperature rating, probably green
