renault kangoo 2010 obd2 port?

I must be going mad but I cannot find the OBD2 port on a renault kangoo 2 van its a 1.5 dci 70
the kangoo 1 was under the dash on passenger side
but its not there or anywheer else as far as I can see
any ideas chaps?
