How to change belt on Zanussi TC7103W?

Is it possible for me to do this without recourse to an engineer. I'm fairly handy.

any help visually for this its almost on but the belt is too slack

lid off,back off,side panel off.fit belt.
bit more involved as you might have to remove the fan to fit the belt over the motor shaft?.With care this is achievable to someone handy
