Hi I have a 1999 jcb 3cx turbo I dont think the turbo is kicking in as the engine seems a bit slugish any idea to what the cause could be thank you.

sounds like boost diaphram on the side of the injection pump has a hole in it does the fuel tank pressurise when full if not try taking silencer off they can restrict turbo if blocked
