i have a ldv convoy with a tipper body and a 2.5litre ford engine. i have recently had a problem with loss of power. if i rev the engine it wont rev more then 3000 revs and when im driving it really struggles to hit 50mph. this is a new problem as i have had the van for a month without the problem. i have checked the air filter and it seems ok? please help?
would start with the basics and give it a service,if no better have seen a couple of these that just die on hills and no power, and turned out to be the fuel pump breaking up inside
