over heating also antifreeze is only lasting 2 weeks?

my heating isnt working, but the gauge is red over heating.also ihave to keep topping antifreeze up every couple of weeks, Any help will be greatly appreciated.Lady driver

hi it sounds as tho the head gasket has gone. dose it pressure up when you remove radiator cap.??[be careful you do not scald your self]
