beko condenser dryer?

my dryer stopped working,it was drying but it just stopped,all lights are not working apart from the inside door one,,,,i have cleaned all filters and replaced the fuse,nothing is working,can anyone help pls

my beko condensing dryer is leaking water but the tray never completely fills up, it may be coming from the back of the tray. do these seals perish? pls help.
