how to put belt on tumble dryer?

how do i put a new belt on beko drvs62w tumble dryer /i have tried almost everything but still cannot get it on /it seems too smalll a belt??

They are small but they are elasticated so us 2 big screwdrivers and lever it over the motor pulley.will be very hard to do due to pressure.DON'T LEVER OFF THE MOTOR SHAFT as they bend and sound bad when they run out of true!!!
