soaking wet foot well?

the foot well in the back behind the drivers seat get soaking i dry it then days later it comes back any ideas please its a vauxhall corsa

these car's have a faulty seal around the main wiring loom housing where it enter's the vehicle,you need to remove the glove box 4 star (torx head screw's) once remove housing is visible & accessable,hope this help's
