I transported my printer and now ....

The Paper slips into the printer then feeds too far in, and the the printer says paper loaded incorrectly. I push reload it just shunts the paper down and never prints anything. always an error message

Tried holding the paper until the feed starts but same results with feeding too far and error message

Have tried many ways to fix including taking apart but still the same results.

Any suggestions.

Is a great printer great color so don't want to throw away if I can repair.
