My panasonic plasma tv TX-p50c10b will turn over by it's self while your watching it then lose it's volume goes totally muted you can not use the remote as the tv does not respond, it will then start jumping up and down the channels muted. I have tried putting it back to factory settings to no avail. It is only 18 months old please help.
