What kind of glue works on porcelain?

I have two porcelain hummingbird/flower pieces that got broken in moving - specifically two of the birds are broken off, a wing tip is broken off. I can't find a glue that will hold it. How can it be repaired?

I used "Liquid Nails-Perfect Glue 2" on my porcelain dolls to re-attach broken hands, fans and arms several months ago. They are holding fine. This glue is found at some craft stores and Home Depot, cost about $4 to $5 for a.35 oz. bottle. Follow the directions on the package, it only takes a small amount of glue, sets up instantly and will not be seen as it is a clear liquid. I have used other instant nail glues and similiar products, they have not worked on porcelain, china or glass. Make sure the package has LIQUID NAILS Perfect Glue 2 on the front label, it is purple/yellow and white with a purple screw on top. Check their website: www.perfectglue.com -
