Why does my car have no power ? ?

Nissan almera sport 1.8, W reg

last week it was jumping like a kangaroo and now theres no power when you drive it and cant get passed 20 mph and still jumps like theres plobems with fuel or air.

I had a sim problem during the winter, my problem fell to a collapsed fuel filter, hope this helps?
