I have a ten year-old NEC MT850 projector. Lately, the images and particularly fonts have shadows which produce a double image. I replaced the lamp several months ago, but that does not seem to be the cause of the problem since it started before the new lamp was installed. It is also not a connection problem as it also has the same problem when I use only the projector to read the menu.
