Whitewater Aspen Thermostatic Mixer shower?

The washers in my mixer shower need replacing and I can't get the control knob off. Have undone the grub screw which has now fallen inside the knob. Any ideas.

if grub screw is undone handle should come off. you will need to pull gently and rock it side to side. just taken one off today.
