Depends on the year. 2004 onward battery is under floor in the cab slap bang in the centre. Lift the oblong rubber cover and undo 4x tx30 screws, battery is found under metal cover.
On later vans there is a red jump point behind the passesger headlamp. Lift the cap (tight fit) and connect the pos (red cable) to it. Neg (earth cable) goes to any good clean metal part of the engine block.
