repeat failure of stk392-120?
i have relaced ic chips twice on philips 55 in rear projection tv. they last about 5 hrs then tv shuts off and makes a chirping noise. if i remove chips tv will turn bac on. is something causing chips to short ot or are chips off ebay junk.
