hi ,
does any one know how to set up the diff on my transit it was leaking oil and wiening so my clever chappy thought i can do that so i striped it down replaced the bearings etc etc and put back on but it dont feel right there is ecess noise and a vibration but now i relize they need to be set does anyone have any ideas

think there is a collapsible spacer on the pinion shaft which has to be renewed and the pinion nut set to a specific torque,it may help to obtain a manual on this
