samsung p1453 will not spin out, jumps back to 10 seconds?

my samsung P1453 washing machine will not spin, it keeps jumping back to 10 seconds, I have checked all the obvious and nothing seems out of order, it will work fine when washing an empty load, but when loaded fails, thanks

Griff, yes the belt was worn and slipping under a load, £4.79 ebay for a new one, and all is well again mate.
