Hi There My Humax 9200T which I bought more than three ears now is permane?

Hi There My Humax 9200T which I bought more than three years now is permanently freezing. The strange thing its only the freeview channels and the terrrestial channels are ok. Does anyone have a solution? I have already reset to default settings a couple of times but to no avail.

If by freezing you mean the picture? This is typical of a bad or badly aligned aligned antenna (aerial).

Freeview MUST have a good aerial connection.
